      In her latest book, "The Magic of Cape San Blas and the Surrounding Area," Marlene Womack writes about events that took place in Gulf and Franklin counties.
     Cape San Blas is a woundrous place, steeped in history. It has been the site of several lighthouses over the past two centuries with a number of stories told about this location, which is bordered by St. Joseph Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other side.
